TAKEPART Day 2010 took place on Saturday 19 June at Preston Park, Brighton. TAKEPART Day is a large scale free event which kicks off the International Festival of Sport with the largest exhibition of sports and physical activities ever seen in Brighton & Hove.
In 2009 12,000 people attended the TAKEPART Day in Preston Park where moving Voices volunteers organised a fantastic day of dance performances and workshops for the local community. In 2010, the TAKEPART Dance Stage was once again supported by South East Dance and coordinated by dedicated Event Management Team of moving Voices volunteers.
