South East Dance needs your support.
South East Dance is a registered charity. We receive funding from Arts Council England, local authorities, and other funding organisations.
But we also need to raise money from people who want to support the valuable work we do.
Make your donation go further than ever before...
South East Dance is the recipient of Catalyst Arts: capacity building and match funding programme. Any donations we receive from private individuals will be matched by Arts Council England. For every £5 you give us we receive £10. Plus if you 'Gift Aid' it we will get an extra 25p per £1.
There are many ways in which you can support us:
Making a Donation
Your donation will enable us to work with artists and communities, ensuring an active and vibrant platform for dance in the South East.
You can make a donation online via Paypal by clicking on the Donate Now button on the right for donations of up to £100.
We also accept cheques by post, and can accept credit card payments over the telephone.
Thank you for your support.
Give As You Earn (payroll giving)
If you are a PAYE employee, Give As You Earn is a tax-efficient way of regularly supporting South East Dance - donations come from your salary before tax.
- For a basic rate tax-payer every pound given only costs you 80p
- For higher rate taxpayers, every pound given only costs you 50p

Making a Gift to South East Dance in Your Will
When it comes to leaving gifts to others in your will, naturally those closest to you come first in your thoughts.
Increasingly, people are also taking time to think about leaving gifts to charities whose work they value. A gift made to South East Dance in your will makes a significant contribution to our future, to the development of dance for artists and communities across the South East.
From April 2012, a significant change to Inheritance Tax law will come into effect, aimed at encouraging people to give more to charitable causes. Any estate that leaves at least 10% to a charitable or cultural cause will be able to take advantage of a cut in Inheritance Tax from the current level of 40% down to 36%.
Please speak with your Will Advisor about making a gift in your will to South East Dance.
