Due to the number of enquiries we receive, South East Dance will only be able to post your event on our website if it falls into one of these five categories:
Professional development and training opportunities in the South East
DANCE TEACHING POST Dance teacher needed full time maternity cover for the summer term (April – July) to deliver lessons to KS3,4,5 including GCSE and A Level. Qualified teacher status desirable but not essential although understanding of dance in education and the contemporary genre is.

MA Dance: Practice and Production This new MA bridges academic and professional/ vocational contexts for Dance Artists, to enhance individual approaches and original voices in Dance through creativity and criticality. Working with professional regional partners and through Choreography as Research, Art, Community and Education, the University of Winchester course provides opportunity to develop and communicate practice through embodiment, creation, realisation and documentation. DANCERS IN LANDSCAPE: NETWORK A core group of dancers across East Sussex have created a network/collective to further work in the natural landscape. It comes out of an instinctive desire to dance in community, responding to, and relating with, the earth. We are looking for a deep ecology of moving, listening and witnessing our natural environment through the body. The work is a creative sourcing that brings resonance to our separate work as independent makers. We welcome hearing from anyone who would be interested in knowing more about the network.
